Weather policy

Rain moves your visit. It doesn’t lose it.

Texas weather is going to interfere sometimes. What matters is what happens next.

Your day is a preferred day

When you sign up you choose a preferred service weekday, and we build your recurring schedule around it.

We deliberately don’t call it a guaranteed appointment. Weather, route conditions, holidays and the occasional unusual circumstance can shift a visit, and promising an exact slot we can’t always hold would be dishonest.

What we commit to: if your visit moves, you hear about it. You are not left guessing whether someone is coming.

When rain interrupts a visit

A rained-out visit is not simply dropped, leaving your lawn to grow for twice as long before anyone returns. That’s the outcome most people have had with other services, and it’s the thing this policy exists to avoid.

Instead the visit is rescheduled, and once it’s completed your property returns to its normal recurring day.

Mowing wet ground

Sometimes the ground is too saturated to mow without tearing the turf or leaving ruts. Waiting is the right call for the lawn in those conditions, not us avoiding the work.

Longer wet spells

During an extended wet stretch several properties may move at once. We work through them in a sensible order and keep affected customers informed rather than going quiet.

If weather has moved your visit and you’re unsure where things stand, just ask — we’d rather tell you than have you wondering.
