Priced on your lawn, not a lawn like yours
Two homes on the same street can price differently. We quote once we’ve seen the property, so the number you approve is the number you pay for a routine visit.
Five things, in roughly this order
Lawn and property size
The biggest factor by some distance. More turf means more mowing, edging and trimming time.
How often we come
Recurring visits are priced differently from a single one-off cut.
Access
Gates, narrow side yards, steps and tight turns all change how the crew works a property.
Current condition
A maintained lawn and one that’s gotten ahead of itself are not the same job.
Anything unusual
Steep slopes, heavy bed edging, pets, or areas that need particular care.
A number on a page would be a guess
Most lawn companies publish a headline rate, then adjust it once they arrive. We’d rather quote properly the first time.
You’ll get one recurring price for a routine visit, agreed before any work begins. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately rather than appearing on a bill.
One agreed price for a routine visit. No surprise line items.
Overgrowth resets and storm debris are always quoted before we do them. How service is structured
Three ways people start with us.
Every 2 weeks
Our most common plan. Suits most Katy lawns for much of the year.
- Mow, edge, trim, blow
- Your preferred weekday
- Recurring — no rebooking
Every week
Better through peak growth, or for lawns you want kept consistently sharp.
- The same routine visit scope
- A tighter cut cycle
- Your preferred weekday
Initial reset cut
A one-off tidy-up where a lawn has gotten well ahead of itself, quoted before recurring service starts.
- Quoted on its own
- Optional, only if needed
- Gets you to a clean baseline
Pricing questions
Does my price change between visits?
Your recurring price covers a routine visit. Work outside that scope — heavy overgrowth or storm debris, for example — is quoted separately and never added without your agreement.
Why do I need a quote instead of seeing a rate?
Because lawn size, access and condition genuinely change the work involved. A published rate would be wrong for most properties, and we’d end up revising it on arrival.
How long does getting a quote take?
The form takes about a minute. After that we ask for a few phone photos of the lawn so the price reflects your actual property.
Am I committing to anything by asking?
No. Requesting a quote just starts a conversation — service only begins once you’ve approved a price.
